仕事内容 |
1. Build strong relationships with all associates, managers and leadership 2. Provide dedicated HR support to departments as required 3. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and their application 4. Assist management in determining appropriate resourcing levels to meet the changing needs of the business 5. Recruiting as per the aligned needs and processes 6. Maintain relationships with the head hunters and recruiting agencies 7. Provide advice to management in the development of the business planning processes and provide input on the HR implications of business objectives 8. Develop and educate the broader organization around HR practices thus building overall organizational capability through confident, commercially orientated HR management 9. Enabling the business to see HR as a true business partner Performance Management 1. Provide support and guidance to managers on performance management process implementation 2. Develop and educate the broader organization around HR practices and the functional role that HR is intended to provide thus building overall capability of the business from an HR perspective 3. Support annual performance appraisal (portfolio) process including coaching managers and associates in how to get the most out of this process Employee environment and employee advocacy 1. Promote a positive employee relations environment 2. Manage the resolution of ER issues 3. Proactively build a cooperative workplace culture 4. Conduct complex or detailed investigations, and where required, coordinate mediation and resolution of complaints 5. Provide HR operational advice on terms and conditions of employment to managers and employees Compensation and Benefits 1. Support annual salary and bonus planning process 2. Assist line managers with remuneration reviews and decisions 3. Provide quality and reconciliation checks of the monthly payroll Support to HR Community/ Team 1. Provide leadership, coaching and guidance as appropriate to develop the skills, knowledge and competence of HR Advisor 2. Contribute to HR team performance 3. Identify continuous improvement opportunities within HR 4. Support end to end recruitment process as required International associate management 1. Establish solid relationships with associates in other countries on international assignments through being their first point of contact and proactively resolving any questions or issues which may arise Policy & administration management 1. Ensure consistent implementation and management of corporate and HR policies and initiatives 2. Interpret and implement company and HR policies and procedures |

応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 1. University/College degree.Work experience, Leadership experience 2. 10+ years work experience in HR function 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skill. 4. Self-starter & taking ownership for new solutions. 5. English capability of both speaking & writing are required. 6. Japanese capability is required as mother language (or equally). |
