仕事内容 |
You will be in charge of all job duties and executive recruitment (including executives and partners). You will be responsible for making full use of all methods such as agent, direct sourcing, headhunting, and referrals. ・Definition of requirements for recruitment positions (confirmation with business department managers) ・Planning and execution of recruitment strategies for each recruitment position ・Utilization of direct sourcing such as agent negotiation and LinkedIn ・Implementation of document selection (screening), closing, etc. ・Identification of application effectiveness Verification, analysis , management of offers and onboarding process , consideration/selection of new measures, etc. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - Experience in hiring managerial/executive level personnel in a business company, etc., or equivalent experience -3 years or more of experience introducing human resources in executive search - Researcher in executive search 3+ years of experience ・Excellent communication skills to be able to respond flexibly to internal and external parties ・Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)・The approach to the goal is not only qualitative, but practical. ・Emphasis on reading and writing in English (Communication support is required, such as dealing with non-Japanese external agents and collaboration with APAC). ・In-house consensus - Knowledge of the consulting industry/auditing firm industry - Experience interviewing with executive-level candidates - Experience working in a company with 1,000 or more employees (human resources ) ・3+ years of management/HR consulting experience at a consulting firm |
