• Make strategic distribution across a variety of financial products and services （cash bond, derivatives, securitization, fixed income and equity structured products, QIS and strategic solutions） • Assess Japanese large financial institutional client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid solution • Guide clients towards a secure financial decision • Cultivate client base and build win－win relationships • Keep abreast of new industry’s trends and market research to back up distribution • Comply with all industry rules and regulations • Liaise with trading desk and syndication team cross－boarder |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Proven working experience in financial industry• Track record of successful distribution experience • Ability to analyse market’s trend and to provide appropriate ideas to clients • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills • Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply • Good PC knowledge and ability to work on data/presentation • Current certificate of qualifications （JSDA） • BS degree in Finance is preferable • Fluent in both Japanese and English |
