1.グローバル税務部門の一員として、会社の全ブランド、輸入/輸出機関、および日本のサービスプロバイダーと連携する。
2.日々の輸出入業務、税関ブローカー、データ分析、入国後のレビューを担当する。
3.税関および貿易リスクを特定し管理し、業務フローと関税節約の機会を提案する。
4.関税および関税関連活動の機会を特定し実施し、企業の間接税の計画、実施、開発、および最適化を行う。

As a member of the Global Tax Department, the Customs ＆ Trade Specialist, Japan will work closely with
all company brands, import/export governmental agencies, and service providers in Japan. The Customs ＆
Trade Specialist will be responsible for daily import/export operations including customs broker, data
analytics, and post entry reviews. The ideal candidate will identify and manage customs and trade risks
and recommend opportunities to improve workflows and duty savings opportunities.
• Identify and implement opportunities for duty and other customs related activity, including planning,
implementation, development and duty optimization of the Group indirect tax position
• Strong customs related working knowledge and skills; in particular towards Sporting goods and
textile/apparel industry Harmonized Tariff Schedule Classification, Customs Valuation, Country of Origin
for Duty/Marking, Duty Preference Programs, Broker/Forwarder Management, Other Governmental
Agency approvals, Recordkeeping
• Strong focus on project management such as KPI analytics, Customs Broker Management ＆ SOPs, Free
Trade Agreement qualification
• Identifying process improvements, including the design and implementation of new procedures to reduce
risk and streamline current practices
• Develop and implement internal Customs assessments and recommendation of corrective actions （Risks
analysis, Self－Assessment）
• Manage working relationships with Customs authorities, customs brokers
• Develop sound working relationships with key departments within the Company Organization, e.g.
Supply Chain, Sourcing, Logistics, Product Development, R＆D, Finance, Legal, Accounting and
Distribution and Transport, etc.
• Manage daily customs clearance operations （Air/Ocean/Courier） with customs brokers.
• Strengthen relationships with customs authorities, apply for documentation （e.g.） brand royalty, and take
advantage of the laws and regulations to maximize streamlining.
労働条件 給与:640万～840万円
上記給与に加えてインセンティブボーナスが支給されます。

勤務時間: 09:30〜18:15 実働7時間45分、休憩1時間

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

5年以上の国際貿易および税関の仕事経験。
• 5＋ years experience in international trade and customs （customs brokerage or importer/exporter）

【歓迎（WANT）】

1.Supply Chain ManagementまたはInternational Businessの学士号を取得していること
2.スポーツ用品業界および/または繊維・アパレル業界での経験があると大変良いです
3.効果的なコミュニケーション能力と人間関係構築能力

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or International Business
• Experience in sporting goods industry and/or textiles and apparel is a strong plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

countries and regions.
• Ability to think critically and to make clear and well－reasoned decisions with a business perspective.
• Ability to multi task and work autonomously.
