Duties and responsibilities ・Proactively advise key stakeholders on result changes and proposed plans ・Represent the market Communications team within key meetings, showcasing strategies and results ・Develop and lead the planning and implementation of the Communications ＆ PR strategy ・Ideate and support regional awareness growth through strategic, localized PR, events and activations, as well as retailer support ・Oversee and manage the communications team, implementing strategy and processes to aid work output ・Continually build and maintain strong relationships with press, influencers, and key opinion leaders ・Manage and continually vet the press, MUA and influencer database to ensure relevancy ・Plan and implement the Communications ＆ PR strategy across all ＊＊＊ brands and the company ・Represent the Communications Team in partnership meetings and plans ・Drive impactful coverage and awareness across all outlets : broadcast, print, digital （influencers） and online for the brands, products, company and spokespeople ・Support retail partners ・Create and translate press ＆ communications materials ・Brief ＊＊＊ design team on artwork ・Daily press office and sample management ・Log and share all press coverage on a weekly basis ・Report results to key stakeholders |

勤務時間：7時間30分 （休憩時間別途：60分） フレックス有、コアタイム 10:30～16:00 リモートワーク（試用期間後使用可能）は1ヶ月に4回、1日/半日単位とし、連続取得は2回まで ※部署により異なる ※営業職はみなし労働制 雇用形態：正社員 給与詳細：応相談 業績賞与：年1回 昇給：年1回 ※業績、評価結果に準ずる |

【必須（MUST）】 Qualifications・Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Beauty PR or Communications ・Strong, proven copywriting ＆ tone of voice skills ・Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines ・Strong press and influencer relationships and experience orchestrating events |
