| 仕事内容 |
Responsible for designing and implementing electrical manufacturing processes, equipment, and plants to achieve the plant and production goals of the organization. • Lead to planning of investment, modification and renovation of plant / production facilities. • Coordinate with global investment team to get the P&E budget allocation and release timely. • Coordinate the P&E investment process with site manager to ensure they deliver the targets. • Coordinate reviews on project approval and post investment return. • Support key strategic expansion project preparation work. • Provide report to Asia Pacific or Global team for budget spending control. • Optimization and modification of electrical process conditions for equipment reliability, sustainability, productivity improvement and preventive maintenance. • Design and project management and cost management of the above-mentioned plan. • Electrical information management on maintenance manufacturing technology and technical know-how. • Exchanging technical information and global communication with overseas counterparts. • Lead continuous process improvement regarding to EHSS, equipment reliability, capacity. |

| 応募資格 |
Business Experience: • At least 5-year working experience of maintenance and process engineering in plastic / chemical plant or machine maker • Experience of working in a global / Asia pacific scale project as an electrical / mechanical engineer • Experience in weak electric field, CAD operation, Electrical Equipment Control and investment project are preferable • Experience in Electric facility as electric chief engineer and electric energy manager can be also a good asset. Educational background: • Bachelor or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields Language: • Native Level in Japanese • Fluent in English; excellent English communication skills, written and verbal Skills & Competency: • Strong computer skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Strong interpersonal / communication skill and team play spirit • Focuses on speed and quality, willing to set a challenging target, and show accountability • See change as the growth opportunities, not a risk.
