The Senior Service Engineer will provide first-rate service and support for all Servomex Gas Analysers and Gas Analysis / Process Systems. The focus of this role will be working with one of our prestigious clients within the semiconductor industry. 【Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:】 •Primary responsibility focused on service, calibration and repairs of gas analysers. •Support rental stock and assist in the administration of the rental program by service and calibrating returned gas analysers and making them available for customers. •Handle customer and channel partner telephone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and technical assistance in a timely manner. •Receive equipment to be serviced, in a timely manner, and position the department for successful turnaround. •Conduct timely evaluations of instruments and provide technically compliant quotations to the service coordinator for distribution. •Ensure customers are aware of the advantages of our training programs and maintenance contracts and up sell at every opportunity. •Document customer feedback/voice of customer related to service process and product issues and support initiatives to improve performance. •Ensure all works are carried out safely, reporting all near misses, continually improving health and safety. •Other responsibilities will be outlined on full job description provided before interview. 【About Us】 An acknowledged innovator in gas analysis technologies for more than 70 years, the company's continual leading edge in R&D and manufacturing ensure the delivery of high-performance, cost-effective solutions through a portfolio of dependable products ranging from portable gas analysers to complex process solutions. | 労働条件 |
This role involves 50% of time working onsite in Kumamoto and 50% travel around the rest of Japan. A comprehensive, competitive, and rewarding package will be provided for the right candidate. Servomex offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package commensurate with its status as a world class organisation committed to high performance, customer focus and employee empowerment. 【必須（MUST）】 【Essential skills and experience】•A proven track of working within a Service Engineer (or closely related) position performing electronic repairs and calibration of gas analysers or comparable equipment. •A proven track record of working within a High Tech, electronic or instrumentation industry. •Formal electronics training •Field service/repair centre experience. •Customer facing experience with excellent customer service skills. •Service Systems experience •Conversational English •Japanese language skills – verbal and written. 【Essential qualifications:】 •Technical Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related subject/discipline. 【必要な経験】 -ガス分析計または同等の機器の電子修理および校正を行うサービスエンジニア（または密接に関連する）職での勤務実績 -ハイテク、電子機器、計測機器業界での勤務実績 -正規の電子工学トレーニング -フィールドサービス／修理センターの経験 -優れたカスタマーサービススキルを有する顧客対応経験 -サービスシステム経験 -英会話 -日本語スキル（口頭および書面） 【必要な資格等】 -電子工学、電気工学、または関連科目/分野の技術学位（または同等） |
