■ 概要 Lead the actual reporting and financial planning for the company and relevant business segments, monitor performance vs plans and report to Management and Shareholders for their timely decision making to ensure the business grows sustainably and profitably. 【Main Responsibilities】 Volume control ・ Monthly control of volume based on communication with counterparts. ・ Analysis and comments to Stakeholders accordingly in a timely manner. ・ Have responsibility for LE/BUD process on Volume, including Topaz upload, with corporation with Demand Planning team on SKU level review. ・ Have responsibility for reasonable Fiscal Year End closing process on Volume. MH & DG Reporting ・ Lead monthly report and communication with counterparts to meet reporting due and their expectation . ・ Lead the financial planning (Budget, LE, AOP,…), consolidate the forecasts from business segments (national sales, MH Private and e-Business…). ・ Monitor and analyse performance vs plans, identify risks and opportunities with business stakeholders, and ultimately ensure sales and financial targets are achieved. ・ Closely communicate with MHAP finance team and brand team to make sure on time in full reporting submission. A&P Management ・ Lead monthly A&P reporting by communicating with marketing and commercial team. ・ Build A&P forecast , and monitor the actual vs forecast in order to identify risks and opportunities. ・ Liaise the communication between marketing and commercial team regarding SSI. ・ Make sure that all the A&P processes are aligned with internal control and compliance. Team Management ・ Continuously improve ways of working for effectiveness and efficiency. ・ Develop, coach and train 2 team members. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ■ Professional experience & know how・ Minimum knowledge of IFRS required, CPA is a plus ・ More than 7-10 years experiences of which at least 2+ years in a similar ■ finance role in large US or European multinational company ・ Work experience in one of Big 4 audit firms is a plus ・ Experience in implementation of integrated business system is a plus ・ SAP knowledge is a plus ■ Technical & management skills ・ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ・ Ability to run multi-tasks ・ Commercial savvy ・ Strong people management and communication skills ■ Personal & interpersonal skills ・ Strong Integrity and transparency ・ Dealing with ambiguity ・ Results driven - highly motivated, proactive, self-starting ・ Continuous improvement ・ Hands-on and meticulous ・ Learning agility and a strong interest in the operations ■ Languages ・ Fluency in both Japanese and English 学歴 University degree, Finance/ Accounting degree preferred.
