AMD together we advance_ ■THE ROLE: Reporting to the regional AECG PLQ Director, this customer quality engineering role will support customer quality engagements across several AMD markets for board & component products. ■KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: <New product introduction support> ・Support marketing messaging related new product release for components & boards. ・Remove customer qualification barriers to new product sales including characterization, testing, reliability, and environmental. ・Work with support, design, product, and test engineering to drive customer 8D resolution and preventive action. <Manage quality perception with sales, factory, and key customers> ・Understand emerging customer quality, use profiles, and environmental requirements. ・Shape & improve customer quality scorecard results. ・Plan and manage customer technology assessments, audits, and visits. <Drive customer issue handling> ・Work closely with sales FAE’s & technical support to diagnose application issues & other customer problems. ・Resolve customer issues to root cause, corrective and preventive actions. ・Ensure smooth internal factory hand-offs with internal technical teams for customer issues & product returns. ・Provide technical application assistance in failure analysis. ■AMDで働くあなたがすべてを変える AMDは、我々の業界、地域社会、そして世界を豊かにするために、自社テクノロジーで人々の暮らしを変えることを大切にしています。私たちの使命は、次世代のコンピューティング体験を加速させる優れた製品、すなわちデータセンター・人工知能・PC・ゲーム・組込み機器向けのビルディングブロックを作り上げることです。それを支えるのは、当社の企業文化です。私たちは、世界中のもっとも重要な課題を解くために、イノベーションの限界に挑みます。そのために率直的かつ謙虚で協調的な姿勢を保ちつつ、さまざまな視点を受け入れることで、優れた成果を生み出すよう努めています。 AMDは、共に前進する企業です。 ■当ポジションについて 当社のMTS品質管理エンジニアとして、各地域のAECG PLQディレクターのもとで、複数のAMD市場におけるボード・コンポーネント製品の品質管理業務をお任せします。 ■業務内容 ＜新製品の導入サポート＞ ・ボードやコンポーネントの新製品販売に関わるマーケティングメッセージにおいてサポートする。 ・新製品販売に対する顧客の購買意欲の阻害要因(特性評価、テスト、製品の信頼性、利用環境など)を解消する。 ・サポート部門、設計部門、製品部門、テストエンジニアリング部門と協力し、顧客の8D問題解決と防止策実施を後押しする。 ＜営業・工場・主要顧客の品質に関する認識を共有する＞ ・新規の顧客の品質、利用状況、環境要件を理解する。 ・顧客用品質スコアカードの評価基準を作り、改善する。 ・顧客への技術評価、監査、および視察を計画し、実施する。 ＜顧客の課題解決をサポートする＞ ・営業FAEおよび技術サポートと連携し、アプリケーションや顧客が抱える諸問題を分析する。 ・顧客課題の原因から解決策、また予防措置を見出す。 ・顧客課題や製品返品について、技術チームと円滑な社内工場間の引継ぎを行う。 ・不具合解析における技術的なアプリケーション支援を実施する。 |

| 応募資格 |
【歓迎（WANT）】 ■PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:・Extensive experience working in semi-conductor or electronics in either quality, product engineering, process engineering, yield control or support role. ・Experience with application hardware design, semiconductor packaging, GPU or ARM technology, and/or markets such as datacenter, automotive and aerospace a plus. ・Fluent Japanese skill ・Business level English skill ・半導体またはエレクトロニクス業界において、品質、製品エンジニアリング、プロセスエンジニアリング、歩留まり管理、またはサポート業務に幅広く携わった経験がある方。 ・アプリケーションハードウェア設計、半導体パッケージング、GPUまたはARM技術、および/またはデータセンター、自動車、航空宇宙などの市場に関する経験があれば尚可。 ・日本語が流暢な方。 ・ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方。 ■ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: ・Bachelors or Masters degree in related discipline. 【学歴】 関連分野で学士号または修士号を取得した方。 |
