GBD is currently evolving to meet the needs of a top global oncology company. Core to this transformation is driving operational excellence across business development－related efforts across the organization. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations and Chief of Staff, this role will be responsible for driving forward long－range planning, business operations coordination, and change initiatives for the Global Business Development team. While this role is global in scope, there will be a day－to－day focus on supporting the Business Development team in Japan as a special advisor. This role will work closely with other colleagues within GBD’s global organization, ensuring the team has the necessary skills, tools, processes, and governance required to meet the our needs. These include but are not limited to cross－functional governance matters, priority alignment, data－driven process development, and reporting/KPI measurement in support of annual goals ＆ objectives. <Responsibilities> 1. Strategic Planning Work closely with the Business Development leaders on strategic planning and execution. This includes participating in priority alignment discussions, developing plans, setting priorities, and monitoring progress against key milestones. 2. Collaborative Business Operations Execution Work collaboratively with other teams and team members in GBD, as well as internal and external stakeholders including as Finance, R＆D, and Commercial to drive effective strategy implementation. This involves facilitating communication, coordinating activities across departments, resolving operational issues, and maximizing synergies. Support coordination of discussions and analyses to drive data－driven decision making. 3. Coordination and Communication Prepare briefing books and materials for multi－stakeholder and leadership meetings, including regular updates to global leadership on high－priority internal processes and external－innovation trends. 4. High－priority Initiative Support Collaborate with Head of Global Alliance Management and the other members of GBD on projects of importance. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 <Education> Masters Degree required<Experience> － 6－8 years of experience in the life－sciences and/or consulting industry. － Experience and an understanding of business development, strategy development ＆ implementation, pharmaceutical development, and project management. － Experience at a top management and/or strategy consulting firm preferred. － Experience working across regions in a globally diverse, multinational company. <competency> Strong Japanese and English language competency. 【歓迎（WANT）】 <Competencies （Optional）>－ Strong ability to simplify complex concepts ＆ strategies through slides, telling a compelling story; extensive experience building c－suite, senior－management presentations. － Demonstrated ability to develop strategy while also understanding how to translate strategy into action. － Collaborative. Willing to engage in thoughtful discussion of best approach, listen to suggestions and advocate for their point of view. － Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills. － Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty. Ability to travel up to 20％ of the time |
