**Expected Experience** **Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute the marketing plan for the product. - Establish a strategic framework to ensure scientific consistency and alignment in statements, lexicon, and core messages, including disease information, mechanism of action (MOA), product profile, development plan, and preclinical/clinical data. - Foster collaborative relationships with external stakeholders, such as scientific associations, external experts, and patient advocacy groups. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including medical affairs, to translate data into clear and impactful messages. - Design and implement a patient-centric strategy for both short-term and long-term goals across various functions. - Understand and align with business strategies and needs, providing targeted, strategic advice to achieve or exceed the objectives of internal partners and stakeholders. - Develop diagnostic and campaign plans to support affiliates. - Ensure HQ strategies and initiatives are informed by the needs and insights of affiliates. - Create and execute communication plans for both internal and external audiences. - Uphold high standards of conduct, awareness, and integrity during scientific events like congresses and symposia. - Develop medical education initiatives that highlight unmet needs and brand differentiation. - Plan and conduct training for the sales force in collaboration with the field training team, ensuring clear communication of product tactics for seamless implementation. - Plan, manage, and monitor the budget. - Establish strong collaboration with related functions in the global HQ. - Build and manage effective relationships with partner organizations and agencies. - Ensure product strategy activities comply with legal responsibilities. - Ensure compliance with all internal, external, and regulatory agencies and bodies. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Qualifications and Skills- Over 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with sales and healthcare industry experience, including a focus on oncology. - Pharmaceutical experience with specific knowledge in oncology. - Comprehensive understanding of the drug development process from early clinical phases to post-registration. - High ethical standards. - Strong analytical skills and an innovative mindset. - Proven experience in building relationships with key stakeholders. - Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and use creativity to develop effective solutions. - Strong project management skills. - Strong leadership abilities, capable of leading complex projects and mobilizing internal stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at working with cross-functional and multicultural teams and influencing people without direct reporting lines. - Fluency in English, with clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills. - Advanced English writing skills. - Autonomy, independence, and assertiveness, with a polished professional presence. - Ability to effectively cope with change and handle risk and uncertainty comfortably. 【歓迎(WANT)】 - Preferably experienced in launching oncology products in a marketing role.- Degree in science with a business background. |
