仕事内容 The Commercial Controller is a critical manager position, which closely work with many business leaders including GMs as well as Asia / Global finance team. You are required to lead onsite / offsite member to build a constructive partnership with many functions like Sales / Marketing, Legal, Compliance, OTR , IT, Asia / Global Technical Controllership Team to ensure that all commercial transactions for business segment of our Japan organization (Distribution, Service and Pharma) are fairly stated in compliant with US GAAP, internal policies, local GAAP, and Tax. In this role, you will be responsible for (1) maintaining technical controllership rigors in commercial contracting activities (2) helping commercial growth by providing technical advice on new product introduction, new arrangements, and structures (3) ensuring almost all the operating activities related to key accounts in revenue cycle - account receivables, revenue and deferred revenue (4) driving company initiatives –digital transformation, shared service strategy and key ERP projects, FASB new accounting standard projects.

Key responsibilities include the following:

Control financial closing process of revenue cycle
Provide technical accounting advice and consultation for commercial team (NPI, complex arrangements)
Provide accounting judgments on irregular transactions and document an accounting position
Maintain revenue recognition accuracy and its control process
Perform commercial contracting review by assuring Policy 5.0/6.0
Lead LEAN & Digital transformation initiative to improve capability / operational process
Maintain sound G2S (GAAP to STAT), S2T (STAT to Tax) process, and find opportunities to improvement
Lead companywide projects such as ERP implementation
Supervise Japan commercial controllership team and shared services
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

4-7 years public accountant experience or relevant accounting managerial experience in multinational business/ Experience in Healthcare industry/similar Industrial sector is highly valued
Strong compliance mindset
Japanese & English in business level
Good communication and leadership skill
LEAN/ Kaizen skill


【歓迎（WANT）】

Solid US GAAP knowledge-CPA is preferable
Japan GAAP knowledge is a plus
Experience of digital transformation is a plus
Commands of excel, PowerPoint. Experience in Oracle financial is a plus
