Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. －Lead the development of new retail concepts, experiences and journeys, ensuring they align with our premium brand proposition －Collaborate with channel heads and operations to optimize traffic, drive higher conversion rates, and improve revenues and profit per touchpoint －Deliver integrated marketing experiences as part of our direct/branded channel calendars －Define the level of retail activation for different retail formats （Own, partners etc） －Manage agencies to develop and deploy events and engagements across multiple formats －Work with cross－functional teams to integrate experience toolboxes into our omni －channel brand engagement framework －Evaluate deployment performance from qualitative and quantitative perspectives to make sure learning/improvement cycle is in place －Identify and share best practices, provide feedback, and bring expertise as needed to support the channel initiatives |
| 応募資格 |
