【業務概要】 データソリューションユニットでは、データ基盤の構築と運用をリードするリーダーポジションを募集しています。このポジションは、企業グループ全体のデータ活用戦略を推進し、データの収集、保管、処理、分析のためのインフラストラクチャをIntegration部分も含めて、設計・構築・管理します。ビジネスの意思決定をサポートするために、信頼性が高くスケーラブルなデータ基盤を提供することを目的としています。 【職務内容】 ・データ基盤の設計・構築・運用のリード ・データ収集、ETLプロセス、BIツールの最適化および管理 ・ビジネス要件に基づいたデータウェアハウスおよびデータマートの構築 ・データ品質、データ整合性の保証 ・データベース管理システムの選定・導入・運用 ・データセキュリティおよびプライバシー保護の確立と遵守 ・チームメンバーの指導・育成 ・プロジェクトマネジメントおよび進捗管理 ・業界の最新技術動向の把握と導入の検討 【About the Role】 The Data Solutions Unit is seeking a leadership position to lead the creation and operation of a data infrastructure. This position will drive the data utilization strategy for the entire corporate group and design, build, and manage the infrastructure for data collection, storage, processing, and analysis, including the Integration portion. The goal is to provide a reliable and scalable data infrastructure to support business decision-making. 【Job Responsibilities】 ・Lead the design, construction and operation of the data infrastructure ・Optimize and manage data collection, ETL processes and BI tools ・Build data warehouses and data marts based on business requirements ・Ensure data quality and data integrity ・Select, implement and operate database management systems ・Establish and adhere to data security and privacy protections ・Mentoring and training of team members ・Project management and progress tracking ・Keeping abreast of the latest technology trends in the industry and reviewing their implementation |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・コンピュータサイエンス、情報システム、または関連分野の学士号、もしくはそれに相当する実務経験・データモデリング、データベース設計、データウェアハウス、ETLプロセスの実務経験（5年以上） ・SQL、NoSQLデータベースの知識と経験 ・BIツールの導入・構築経験（Tableau、Power BIなど） ・クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS、Azure、Google Cloudなど）の利用経験 ・予算管理を含むチームリーダーとしての実務経験 ・優れたコミュニケーション能力と問題解決能力 ・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience ・5+ years of hands-on experience with data modeling, database design, data warehousing, and ETL processes ・Knowledge and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases ・Experience building BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) ・Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) ・Experience working as a team leader including budget control ・Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・データアナリティクスおよびBIツールの経験（Tableau、Power BIなど）・Python、Rなどのプログラミングスキル ・データガバナンス、データセキュリティに関する知識 ・AI/MLの知識と経験 ・グローバルプロジェクトでの業務経験 ・日常会話レベルの英語力 ・Experience with data analytics and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) ・Programming skills such as Python, R, etc. ・Knowledge of data governance and data security ・AI/ML knowledge and experience ・Experience working on global projects ・Business level language skills in Japanese |
