仕事内容 ■ MISSION
• Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing & communication plan.
• Keep developing high visibility and qualitative exposure of the brand through media (print and digital).
• Execute activities and monitor the progression by setting and reviewing relevant KPIs.
• Define the relevant target audience together with the other functions.
• Establish strong connection and negotiation with editors, press, stylists and opinion leaders as well with media agencies.
• Set the media strategies and action plans for all product and corporate projects and coordinate their implementation.
• Be in the know of market/consumer trends and encourage creative and innovative thinking within and beyond the team, always pushing our boundaries further. Always look for new/innovative and impactful ways of expressing the brand.
• Communicate with headquarter to maintain full alignment in terms of global strategy and full consistency in terms of brand image.
• Formulate and share the vision and strategies within the team to further develop the brand’s image and identity in the local market.
• Budget management and planning.
• Manage media investment and balance earned media (PR) as return.
• Devise clear strategy for communication and marketing with key Japan partners, landlords, department stores and wholesale clients.
• Work closely with the sales and merchandising teams to ensure that marketing activities are in line with commercial needs.
• Coordinate digital marketing/social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media.
• Research in specific market areas and conduct media analysis reports periodically.
• Liaise with agencies and suppliers for communication project and event execution.

■ BRANDING & ADVERTISING
• Promote brand image through effective media and PR programs.
• Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all channels and communication materials.
• Recommend advertising and sponsorship opportunities to maximize the coverage.
• Advise on the most appropriate media mix.

■ DIGITAL COMMUNICATION
• Build, manage and monitor the e-platform and other digital marketing channels to develop business opportunities and
promote the brand awareness.
• Develop efficient plans and creative ideas across all the platforms.
PR & MEDIA/VIP/INFLUENCERS
• Define the media strategy, not limited to media buying, in the region and achieve stronger impact through the campaigns
with the assigned budget, positively affecting sales.
• Editorial performance: generate product placement and brand stories in key media.
• Increase media presence / visibility by improving relationships with key local and regional media.
• Expand celebrities dressing activity, overseeing all dressing opportunities for brand, inclusive of branded events and all custom projects.
• Build and execute plans for local celebrity/influencer activity to support new collections and align with all business categories.
• Manage all press requests across media platforms inclusive of editorial (print/digital) broadcast, VIP and Influencers.
• Manage the distribution of brand assets of new collections to press publications; not limited to drafting/sending out press breaks related to brand news and VIP placement.
• Planning and execution of press strategies, press releases and inspirations for initiatives/launches, new collections, and products.
• Support interview requests for Creative Director and all brand initiatives aligned with press strategy.
• Creation and translation of all PR material.
• Manage sample inventory and archival systems, while maintaining an organized system for press showroom.
• Act as a key liaison for wholesale/retail sample request.
• Maintain media contact lists of all relevant editors, stylists, VIP and Influencers.
• Manage and maintain strong relationship on a day-to-day basis with media publications, editors, stylists, members of the
fashion community, and employee.
• Cultivate and manage all VIP/Influencer relationships to further support business goals and maximize media exposure.

■ RUNWAY SHOW/ PRE-COLLECTIONS
• Create seasonal invitation list for press activation and gifting.
• Liaise with internal teams for their respective lists: wholesale, retail etc.
• Oversee send outs for invitation and seating for press, media, VIP and Influencers.
• Organize press pitches around collections and support in schedule interviews.
EVENTS ORGANIZATION
• Organize PR events: local press day, new product launches, store openings, etc.
• Propose the most appropriate events and messages in line with corporate strategies.
• Coordinate execution with local markets and vendors within the planned schedule and budgets.

■ MARKETING
• Ensure global strategies, messages and priorities are supported and reflected at a regional level and adapted where relevant in line with local business needs.
• Ensure alignment across the region and global cross functional teams on all regional marketing campaigns, activations and promotional events.
• Development and oversight of comprehensive creative briefs in partnership with the global cross-functional teams to ensure full marketing support for each campaign/activation/promotional event for full cross-channel roll out - launch
timings, messaging and communication cadence, asset development (email, site, paid social, digital branding, retail).
• Drive local retail marketing programs, events and activations in support of business, local customer and community engagement strategies in accordance with CRM analytics and insights.
• Plan and execute BTL activities such as commercial events in store and external venue including pop up stores/events and store events.
• Develop materials and tools to support store-led marketing programs.
• Prepare communication tools such as leaflets and DM cooperation and other materials needed for events with vendors.
• Organize promotional gifting / Influencer giftings from HQ.
• Measure the effectiveness of local marketing and retail events.
• Coordinate with external vendors to setup the event site.
• Media/Advertising Planning, including landlords and department stores negotiations, to market our brand at effective locations.
• Manage fashion mall/department stores seasonal look books, web pages, and events.
• Coordination with other teams, including sales, merchandising and digital marketing - such as content, social and digital media, brand activation, etc.
• Analytics and insights - Analyze consumer behaviors and insights, market trends and competitors to further understand customer needs.
• Manage CRM activities, GWP, VIC gifting with store stuff and customers (submitting proposal to HQ).
• Coordination with digital marketing team in regards to social media activities: images and post text proposal, LINE text management (decide date, time for send outs, images, proofread, and edit creative and technical content.), contents negotiation with landlords/department stores, posts and stories check/review, etc.
• Liaise with HQ for VMD support.
• Develop 360 strategic brand partnerships that combine digital and retail activations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for a variety of audiences, including senior leadership.
• Make presentation material for Gaisho activities.

■ REPORTING AND INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
• Manage PR & Marketing result and report: projects and activities, coverage, reviews and post reports, event recaps, brand assets and lists, etc.
• Manage Weekly Editorial highlights/ report.
• Manage Monthly/seasonal/ yearly press report.
• Manage internal Monthly PR & Marketing Calendar.
• Manage Event Recaps/ report.

■ BUDGET
• Responsible for PR & Marketing budget - creation, allocation and monitoring.

【必須(MUST)】

• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
• Experience in luxury brand business with more than 8 years preferable
• Flexible and open-minded, with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Presentable, sense for fashion and high-end products
