The Trust & Safety (T&S) team helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. Responsibilities - Responsible for day-to-day management and growth of the team. - Responsible for overall team delivery, through management of individual and overall team performance. - Provide guidance, mentorship and develop high performing team members. - Working both independently, and in collaboration with stakeholders, to deliver high performance standards across all relevant projects, and develop a best practice model for maintaining high performance on those projects. - Responsible for localizing working processes and strategies, managing the labeling projects with the Safety Specialists and providing the labeling results in line with expectations. - Provide efficient & timely data through performance management practices, and deliver reports to business teams when required. - Be solution driven with local & global strategy in mind, and be proactive in delivering these solutions. - Excellent communication skills, leading multi-lingual, multi-cultural teams, and facilitating an atmosphere of communication & collaboration. - Lead the team to continuously evaluate outcomes, manage performance, establish and optimize the workflow and SOPs, report, analyse, and optimize quality process to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency goals can be met. - Conduct interviews & other hiring process duties to successfully grow out teams with qualified & capable people. - Additional compatible and related responsibilities which are not necessarily listed above. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience preferable - Minimum 3 year working experience in team leadership and management, with hard and soft skills suitable to this role. - Outstanding natural communicator (verbal/written) with excellent language and communication skills at full proficiency level in Japanese and English to unsure smooth stakeholder management - Strong people management skills. - Display a broad understanding of our business needs, and strategic thinking skills. 【歓迎(WANT)】 Preferred Qualifications- Be familiar with the business logic of labeling and working mode of the upstream and downstream teams. - Have a demonstrated ability to make good decisions in complex situations. - A fast learner who has the ability to embrace a fast-paced working environment. - Familiar with technical industry, better to have machine learning or content safety related experience. - Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong presentation skills. - Comfortable reporting to, or collaborating with, all levels of management & broader stakeholders. Proven track record of working with cross-functional partners, across different countries, ideally have experience with different European markets/region - A passion for helping others to grow, and a willingness to step beyond your comfort zone. - Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (PPT / Excel / Word) |
