Drive commercial excellence as a key member of the Team, enhancing the commercial team's capabilities, boosting productivity, and accelerating sales growth: • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data for the Medical Solution Division, providing accurate insights and direction. Develop and maintain analytical tools using sales and POS data to support business unit members in making informed decisions. • Sales Forecasting: Prepare and update sales forecasts, ranging from short-term (current month to next month) to long-term (next year and beyond), based on sales data and results. • Efficiency Measurement: Utilize Salesforce data to measure sales activity efficiency, offering actionable advice. Develop and update reports and dashboards to ensure effective data use by all business unit members. • Cost-Effectiveness and Pricing: Evaluate cost-effectiveness of sales promotion plans for channel partners and collaborate with marketing on pricing strategies to assess impacts on sales and profit. |

応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the healthcare industry.• Experience in a business or sales data analysis role. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions. • Knowledge of brand strategies and management. • Independent, resourceful, able to influence and work collaboratively in a matrix organization. • Hands-on, attention to detail, ability to multi-task. • Strong communication skills in Japanese and English, both written and spoken |
