仕事内容 Position: Lifecycle Manager - Clinical Chemistry

Summary:
This position will effectively manage the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the product, achieving short-term and long-term business goals including revenue, sales, profit, and market share objectives for both traditional and latest channels (e-commerce).
It involves monitoring and managing marketing activities within budget constraints, understanding the fundamentals of finance performance. It also includes designing market research and understanding its impact on the therapeutic area, identifying and analyzing products, brands, customers, consumers, and competitors, reflecting them in brand planning, and implementing them according to the overall strategic plan.
Furthermore, it requires understanding market trends, policies, distribution channels, and pricing strategies, ensuring that marketing activities comply with legal requirements, ethical standards, and corporate business and safety procedures. While effectively communicating with cross-functional teams, it involves considering complaints and suggestions related to the assigned products and developing action plans to address them.

Responsibilities:
● Manage product marketing, advertising, and promotions to meet business goals, including revenue and market share, across traditional and e-commerce channels.
● Oversee marketing activities within budget, analyze financial performance, and extract insights from data.
● Design and conduct market research, interpret results, and apply findings to the therapeutic area.
● Analyze product, brand, customer, and competitor information to inform brand planning and strategic alignment.
● Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and healthcare environment to shape messaging and strategies.
● Monitor and report on brand planning, call center, and project productivity.
● Develop annual brand plans, including marketing goals, strategies, and budgets.
● Create budgets, reports, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and meeting KPIs.
● Ensure marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards and corporate procedures.
● Address product-related complaints and suggestions, liaise with cross-functional teams, and undertake additional tasks as required by management.
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field, marketing, or business management.
● 3 or more years of marketing experience in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals/medical devices, or related fields.
● Proficiency in both Japanese and English (oral and written).

【歓迎(WANT)】

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in the immunology field is preferred.
● Experience in MNC pharmaceuticals or FMCG is preferred.
● Experience working in hospitals in a testing-related capacity is preferred.
● Certification as a medical laboratory technician or pharmacist is preferred.
