－ responsibility of Japan's PnL － develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy － work closely with the exclusive distributor in Japan, transform and manage any underperformance － identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing strategic guidance to drive business growth and market penetration － lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals across sales, supporting and coaching whenever necessary － with the sales team, ensure effective product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities － collaborate with regional teams to share best practices, and leverage synergies across markets |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － experience selling to Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sites－ knowledge of GMP requirements － people management experience － proven success in sales management － native Japanese and business－level English required to work with international colleagues 【歓迎（WANT）】 － entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity－ passionate for sales and business growth － ideally managed 3 persons' or more as a people－manager （sales） |
