＜Position Summary＞ Responsible for supporting the general accounting activities of FS Japan for providing the Finance Manager with financial reports; statistics, assessments and information which will ensure planning and budgeting activities meet corporate goals. ＜Responsibilities of Position＞ 1.Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of internal financial controls, reporting compliance to internal TI Group finance personnel and external statutory obligations 2.To be responsible for GL, accounts payable, account receivable, cash management, inventory, fixed assets, deferred tax including coordinating with concerned department for month end / yearend closing 3.Reviewed trial balance and reconciled account balance including intercompany balance confirmation 4.Prepare cash flow analysis, financial performance report, and cash forecast report 5.Monitor banking activities of the organization and ensuring adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs. 6.Assist in the collection and preparation of financial and accounting information/reporting and the preparation of budgets, reports, forecasts and consolidated profit and loss reports 7.Support the Finance Manager in maintaining costing and expense control, audits, and administration of contracts, insurance arrangements and property administration 8.Coordinate with Tax Officer for Tax Audit 9.Prepare statutory financial statements for tax filing in Japan and prepare tax documents 10.Assist in month end closing and other projects assignments as needed 11.Work upon supervisor’s assignment ＜Skill Requirements＞ 1.Must have excellent communication skills in English 2.Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness, a commitment outstanding 3.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across a number of disciplines in a professional and effective manner 4.Ability to work in tight time frames and in a pressurized environment and a “can-do” attitude 5.Proven experience working effectively within a “western” multi-national organization 6.Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skill |

＜Education and Experience Requirements＞ 1.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent knowledge 2.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior Finance Management Position in multinational manufacturing company 3.Solid knowledge and skills in Japan Financial Reporting Standards and IFRS 4.Accounting software program such as BPCS, also excellent skills in Microsoft Office & outlook. ＜Licensing or Special Certification Requirements＞ 1.Tax regulations 2.International Accounting Standard 3.Japan Accounting Standard 4.ERP systems 5.Sox Compliance ＜Physical Requirements＞ 1.Ability to work under pressure and to tolerate stress 2.Proactive, independence and flexible |
