仕事内容	【背景】当社自動運転の民主化というミッションの達成に向けて、自動運転のソフトウェアをオープンソース化するとともに、AI開発のための高品質で大規模なデータを有するプラットフォームの開発を加速させています。本プラットフォームではデータ収集システムからデータ提供アプリケーションまで含めてフルスタックで開発を行っています。本求人では、機械学習モデル学習に必要なデータセットの構築・改善の方針をデータ分析による知見に基づいて意思決定する担当ポジションを募集しています。Data Centric AIの思想に基づき、収集したデータの特性の分析や分析コードの実装を行い、機械学習モデルの性能改善に貢献することが求められます。また、本プロジェクトで継続的に実施するアノテーションタスクのマネジメントと品質管理を実施します。データ収集システムにて収集したデータのキャリブレーション精度・同期精度の確認等にも責任を持つため、自動運転に使われるセンサと基盤となるネットワーク・OS等の技術への深い理解も重要となります。 At TIER IV we build self-driving solutions for many operational domains covering a broad range of applications. In addition, we are accelerating development of a platform, named “Co-MLOps”, that shares large volumes of high quality data for use in AI development cycles. We are conducting full-stack development for this platform, including the implementation of a dedicated data acquisition system (Data Recording System). We are seeking a professional to oversee the strategic development and refinement of datasets essential for machine learning models, utilizing insights derived from comprehensive data analysis. Based on the principles of Data Centric AI, this role entails thorough analysis of gathered data attributes and the implementation of analytical methodologies to optimize machine learning model performance. Additionally, responsibilities include managing ongoing annotation tasks and ensuring quality control measures. 応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 1：AD/ADAS分野における認識技術のうち、以下の全てにおける業務経験があること・機械学習モデルの学習評価を行った経験・nuScenes, KITTI, Waymo等の機械学習データセットを用いた認識タスク・大規模データの可視化による傾向分析・コンピュータビジョンに関する研究・実務経験・学習用データセットの構築経験 2：以下のうち1つ以上の技術に精通していること・C++, ROS, ROS 2, Python 3：日本語/英語でのコミュニケーションスキル 4：LinuxおよびGit等を用いた開発経験【Required Skills】 1. Must have professional experience in the following recognition technologies within the AD/ADAS field: - Experience in training and evaluating machine learning models - Experience with recognition tasks using machine learning datasets such as nuScenes, KITTI, Waymo, etc. - Analyzing trends and distributions through visual exploration of extensive datasets - Research and practical experience in computer vision - Experience in constructing training datasets 2. Proficiency in at least one of the following technologies: - C++, ROS, ROS 2, Python 3. Strong communication skills in Japanese and English 4.
