仕事内容 We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) Manager to join our team. The SFE Manager will be responsible for driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our salesforce by implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing sales processes, and leveraging data analytics. This role plays a critical part in enhancing sales performance, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.

Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and techniques needed to succeed.

Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor salesforce effectiveness. Generate regular reports and insights to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

CRM Management: Oversee the use of Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing functionality, and driving user adoption across the sales organization.

Sales Incentive Programs: Design and manage incentive programs to motivate and reward high performance within the sales team.

Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the medical device or healthcare industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales enablement tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Communication: Native level Japanese and business English (minimum requirement is email reading/writing in English)

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the capability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
