Digital marketing manager is responsible to ensure sales and marketing teams success from （but not limited） digital perspective. This position will focus on SFA/CRM and MA tools. Digital marketing manager will work closely with sales and marketing units to confirm current issues, identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions accordingly and finally secure budget, implement the solution then monitor the effects by the solutions. |

【必須（MUST）】 Must have digital marketing experiences over 5 years in health care industry. Must have more than 3 years of experience with CRM/SFA and MA. Must have more than 2 years of experience to work across multiple time zones. Expected understanding business processes in dealer based B2B marketing. Knowledge ＆ Skills / 必要とされる能力＆スキル: Proven experience in project management and stake－holder steering. In－depth knowledge of digital solutions for CRM/SFA （better experienced SFDC）. Strong business acumen for MA. 360° communication skills （able to explore the best communication with all related customers, staffs）. Situational leadership skill （Able to solve various problems in daily operations）. Logical thinking and analysis. Enthusiasm and speedy execution. Ability to interact and collaborate with business teams, vendors and global counter parties. Willingness to analyze problems and propose innovative solutions. |
