【Core Responsibilities】 Product Vision ・Define and communicate product vision company wide, to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution by each team ・Conduct comprehensive research and field-studies to understand the market and identify the pain points of target customers both in Japan and the US ・Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align the product vision with the company vision and business strategy KPI Ownership & Business ・Own product KPIs (ex. usage, recurring revenue) and drive long-term product success, focusing on achieving targets for product/license/subscription revenue ・Collaborate with the CFO and Delivery team to develop a highly profitable business model, including a sustainable pricing strategy and streamline customer delivery process Leadership ・Lead, grow and develop the Product Management team into high-performing unit, including the Design team, and scale team capacity effectively ・Drive the execution of development initiatives by influencing and working closely with Engineering leadership to ensure product roadmap is delivered on time ・Prioritize product initiatives based on realistic assessment of engineering resource availability |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Track record of successfully managing/building an enterprise product・Experience managing a team of Product Managers ・3+ years of experience in Software Development before moving into Product Management ・Business-level English communication skills ・Business-level Japanese communication skills 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Owned the P/L of a technology product・Experience of starting a new business in a company, or co-founding a company Stock Options |
