About the role: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Finance Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take on FP&A and business partnering responsibilities, either by owning several P&L lines or serving as a controller overseeing the entire P&L. You will lead the forecasting and budgeting process, working closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable financial insights and support strategic decision-making Responsibilities: - Perform monthly and yearly variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast vs. Budget). - Lead the preparation of the yearly budget and monthly forecasts. - Provide financial analysis and business support to various functions within the company. - Report key business planning and financial analysis to the Senior Finance Manager. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Sales Planning, and Supply Chain, while also aligning with the global team. - Conduct periodic reporting, annual budget planning, and ad-hoc financial analysis to drive business performance. - Streamline and standardize the budget process and reporting by gaining a deep understanding of the business and functional workflows. - Support senior management in decision-making by delivering insights based on complex data, even under tight deadlines. - Contribute to business-related projects, collaborating with both domestic and international teams. |

【必須（MUST）】 - Advanced Excel skills- Years of experience in a finance department - Experience in budget development - Solid understanding of cost accounting principles - Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Familiarity with IFRS and Japanese GAAP- Experience with financial accounting software, especially SAP is a plus - Nissho Boki 2nd grade or higher is an advantage - A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills - Financial accounting software (SAP) proficiency is advantageous - Communication skills in Japanese (native level) and English (business level), both in written and speaking. - Nissho Boki 2nd grade or more (CPA or equivalents, work experience at audit company is plus) - Persistent in analyzing data, finding solution or answer |
