Position: Public Relations Specialist A leading scientific research and technology company is seeking a candidate to plan and execute Public Relations （PR） activities to establish and enhance awareness and evaluation of its Japan Group's business （consisting of six Japanese subsidiaries under the parent company's umbrella）. Responsibilities: ● Enhance awareness and reputation of the company's business by planning and executing PR strategies in coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. ● Lead the development, production and launch of PR tactics with review and approval from key stakeholders. ● Partner with our commercial team to help you develop the right content. ● Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR initiatives. ● Maximize the effectiveness of PR efforts by coordinating corporate communications, internal communications, and other relevant tactics with internal stakeholders. ● Comply with global brand regulations and legal standards and implement best practices. ● Conduct practical process improvement （PPI） to provide optimal PR content. ● Support the communications team in the execution of projects that require human resource support. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Required Qualifications and Experience:● College graduate or above ● More than 3 years of experience and proven track record as a dedicated PR professional ● Japanese speaker with business level English ● Professional and outstanding communication skills: verbal and written （writing, storytelling, editing, proofreading） abilities. ● Ability to communicate in English with overseas personnel via email, meetings, video conferences, etc. ● Ability to understand complex, technical topics and communicate them accurately and concisely to external audiences ● Ability to take ownership of projects in cross－functional teams and work in a fast－paced, deadline－driven environment ● Excellent planning, multitasking and prioritization skills with experience working to tight deadlines ● General understanding of the industry or ability to learn quickly ● Experience building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. ● Able to take initiative and make good decisions ● Ability to carry out appropriate communication in compliance with communication standards, brand regulations, and laws and regulations ● Highly self－motivated with a passion for challenges and learning new skills ● Ability to control and manage information in terms of information leaks and crisis management 【歓迎（WANT）】 Preferred Qualifications:● Knowledge of the scientific industry ● Work experience at a foreign B2B company |
