SUMMARY: As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth in Japan. Your responsibilities will include expanding our current business, developing new business opportunities in data center, semi-conductor, and other key commercial/industrial markets, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing sufficient technical support. You’ll be part of a small-scale, agile team, leveraging resources from different functions and countries to achieve our sales goals. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Sales Strategy and Execution: Craft and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and develop GTM strategies to penetrate the market effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales toplines, margins, growth rate, new customer sales, and new product sales. Drive demand creation activities at the consultant and owner’s level. Technical Expertise: Leverage your strong technical background in valve/HVAC/Fluid Solutions to support customers. Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs. Handle basic technical issues after-sales. Present Solutions to consultants/owners/contractors Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients. Proactively seek out new clients and establish long-term partnerships. Resource Utilization: Collaborate with colleagues across functions and countries to maximize available resources. Optimize partners’ efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage regional product & marketing resources, factory resources to serve local customers. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in valve/plumbing/drainage/HVAC relevant field is typically required. Preferred disciplines include Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field. The degree provides a solid foundation in both technical knowledge and business acumen.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering or Business Administration. 5 years+ proven experience in technical sales, preferably in MNC in fluid solutions or related industries. Strong understanding of valve technology and adjacent industries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a lean team. Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken). Travel (30~50% of travel required) |
