グローバル本社はオーストラリア アジア地区ヘッドクオーターはシンガポールとなります。 アジア地区最高財務責任者（CFO）の直属である日本地区ファイナンス・ディレクターは、以下の責務を担います。 日本法人の正確な財務報告と財務管理の責任を負う。 健全なビジネス洞察と財務情報を通じて、他部門と協力しながら長期的な戦略と短期的な目標を策定する。 • Responsibility and oversight for the month end closing process and managing the team to deliver an on time, accurate and compliant set of accounts. • Complete accurately and timely all Group financial reporting requirements for Japan • Ensure robust internal controls are in place and enforce the firm’s financial policies • Maintain compliance with both Japanese GAAP and IFRS standards for reporting and managing variances. • Manage all other financial aspects of the legal entities including, Auditory and Taxation ＆ Insurance • Overview and Responsibility for the preparation of Statutory Accounts • Improve Accounting processes to achieve operational optimization • Meeting the reporting timetable for the region • Providing information to support business decisions • Partner with the FP＆A teams across the region • Manage all core Technical Accounting • Key contact person for our banking partners • For any project: to provide all aspects of financial reporting, internal control and systems development |

雇用形態：正規社員（定年60歳） 勤務地：東京都23区内 休日：年間休日125日（完全週休2日制） ＊年末年始・慶弔休暇等あり 勤務時間：標準時間 9:00～17:45 ＊休憩45分・所定労働時間8時間 ＊テレワーク有 年収：1600万円～2000万円 ご経験等により前後することをご了解ください。 完全週休2日制（土日祝日） |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 日本語と英語の両方の文書および会話に堪能であること－ファイナンス・コントローラー業務における3～6年の関連業務経験 － 会計士資格（公認会計士または同等の資格）を有すること。 －日本会計基準および国際財務報告基準（IFRS）の知識 － 日本の法規制に関する知識 のためのアイデアを共有する積極的な考え方 － マイクロソフト・エクセルの高度な使用とマイクロソフトBiの十分な知識 【歓迎（WANT）】 － 海外勤務経験があることが望ましい－ Sun 6バックオフィス（オラクルのシステム）の経験があれば尚可 |
