仕事内容 ＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞
グローバルセールス企画部にて、カーフローマネジメントに関する業務に従事いただきます。生産拠点/販売拠点別の車の流れ（生産/販売/在庫）を正しく理解した上で、各国のセールスプランの集約と分析/評価を行い、役員層へ報告します。
具体的には下記業務を推進いただきながら、課長代理職としてチーム4～5名をリーディングいただきます。
1．グローバル及び各国の当年度及び中期の生産/販売/在庫プランの集約と分析
（全世界を対象に、各マーケットの販売台数の実績・プランを回収・集約）
2．数値分析の結果をもとに、適正な在庫量から見た生産/販売/在庫の提案
3．月次の役員会議向けのレポート作成、報告 ※使用するソフトはExcel、Tableauなどを使用しています。
4．メンバーへの指示出し、チームリーディング

You will be responsible for leading a team of 4 to 5 people as an assistant manager while promoting the following tasks;
1. Consolidation and analysis of production, sales, and inventory plans for the current year and mid－term for global, after collecting sales volume actuals and plans for each market globally.
2. Proposing production, sales, and inventory plans based on the analysis
3. Creating and presenting monthly reports for the executive meeting
4. Providing direction to team members and team－leading

－ Grasp timely the production/sales/inventory status of our globally and be involved in the forefront of business planning, such as allocating constrained vehicle supply
－ Understand important issues and incorporate own analysis into materials for executives
－ Understand the relationship between production, sales, and inventory, and expand skills and career path
－ Work with members of diverse nationalities and backgrounds, and have many opportunities to learn various knowledge and perspectives in a friendly and transparent environment where opinions can be expressed freely.

【必須（MUST）】

・ビジネスレベルの英語力、日本語力（メールや読み書きは必須、会話は流暢でなくても意思疎通はできること）
・経営企画、戦略企画、販売企画分析、コンサルティングのご経験、営業数字の集計/処理能力、計数感覚をお持ちの方
・戦略的思考と実行力、マルチタスク能力
・4~5名のチームリーディング経験

・Business level proficiency in English and Japanese
Experience in any of the following
・Strategic planning, business planning, sales price analysis, and consulting
・The ability to consolidate sales figures, process data, and a strong numerical sense
・Strategic thinking and execution skills, ability to multi－task
・Experience leading a team of 4 to 5 people

・TOEIC　800
