※日本語は下部にございます。 【Role Overview】 Based on corporate strategies, gather and analyze the data, create business plan, organize specific processes as project management office. The scope is broad. Responsible for Japan company－wide projects such as corporate integration as well as strategic projects related to business developments to expand product portfolio, etc. Responsibilities will include tracking and promoting the action of each function. 【Key Responsibilities】 ■ IMO: Integration Management Office: Business integration ・Listing up specific tasks related to corporate integration and tracking the progress. ・Schedule management to complete within due date through aligning with global team. ・JDE implementation for integrated business. ・Consolidation of commercial contract in the company and the integrated companies. ■ BD: Business Development ・Searching opportunities to expand the company's bsuiness portfolio. ・Alignment for global new product strategies and implementation. ・Counter person who communicate with global stakeholders. ・Creating execution plan with all relative functions. ■ Leading cross－functional projects regardless of business segments. ・Project planning for topline sales, cost reduction, workload efficiencies. ・Assessment of project effectiveness. ・Based on prioritization, creating reasonable timeline. ・Task management and progress tracking. ・Gather and analyze the data to create specific business plan. ・Support digital strategy implementation. －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ 【職務概要】 ・市場や顧客を深く理解した上での戦略立案と実行を含む、麻酔製品の製品管理全般。 ・新製品開発、品質・供給問題への対応など、重要なクロスファンクショナル・プロジェクトを社内関連部門や社外パートナーと協働して実施する。 ・戦略的なプロジェクトや戦術的なタスクを通じて、チームのマーケティングスキルを向上させる。 ・信頼と相互尊重に基づくチーム文化の醸成。 【職務内容】 ■ IMO 統合管理オフィス： 企業統合 ・企業統合に関する具体的なタスクのリストアップと進捗管理。 ・グローバルチームと連携し、期日内に完了するようスケジュール管理。 ・統合した事業へのJDE導入。 ・当社と統合企業の商取引契約の統合。 ■ BD：事業開発 ・会社事業のポートフォリオ拡大の機会探索。 ・グローバル新製品戦略の立案と実行。 ・グローバルなステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション窓口。 ・関連するすべての機能との実行計画の作成。 ■ 事業セグメントに関係なく、部門横断的なプロジェクトをリードする。 ・トップライン売上、コスト削減、業務効率化のためのプロジェクトプランニング。 ・プロジェクトの有効性評価 ・優先順位付けに基づき、合理的なタイムラインを作成。 ・タスク管理と進捗管理 ・具体的な事業計画を策定するためのデータ収集と分析。 ・デジタル戦略の実行支援 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Experience in the pharmaceutical or consulting industry. （3 or more years）• High competency with consultancy mindset. • Analytical, executive and communication skills • Strategic planning for commercial activities. • Native level Japanese （N1） and knowledge of Japanese business practices. • English proficiency to be able to communicate with global team. • 製薬業界またはコンサルティング業界での経験 （3年以上） • コンサルタントとしての高いコンピテンシー • 分析力、実行力、コミュニケーション能力 • 商業活動の戦略的プランニング • ネイティブレベルの日本語力（N1）と日本の商習慣に関する知識。 • グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションが可能な英語力。 |
