※募集要項原文が英語のため、そのまま英語表記にしておりますが、ご面談の際の詳細説明は日本語で可能ですので、お気軽にお問い合わせください。 Branding and Public Relations ・Define a bold and creative branding and company profile to convey the best of our company’s potential ・Review and ensure branding compliance and alignment of communications and messaging in all external－facing collateral ・Create an attractive positioning of company for all key stakeholders － customers, partners, employees, recruits ・Developing Press Releases and media events and communications to Social Media Marketing ・Create engaging content （Newsletters, Posts, Blogs, White－papers, ..） across the different engagement channels ・Enhance the company website to project a profile/presence aligned with our strengths and potential. Making it the de－facto first place for understanding us and reaching out to us. ・Amplify Social Media presence and engagement on key platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, for increasing high quality lead generation Sales Enablement ・Own marketing performance metrics for lead generation, sales accepted leads, .. ・Enable sales with Brochures, Videos, and Collaterals on the product offerings, differentiation, and pitch ・Produce collateral for actively pushing target industry verticals and applications by means of Case Studies, Application Use－cases, Videos. Events and Exhibitions ・Anchor key events and exhibitions to propel our company and products in the right market and applications ・Own end－to－end organization, execution, and success of these events － including demos scripts and readiness, logistics, etc ・Build competitive analysis and landscaping to capture right opportunities |
| 労働条件 |
・勤務時間：8時間労働（60分休憩あり）で、上長とディスカッションの上、始業時間、終業時間にはフレックス制度が適用 ・休日・休暇：完全週休2日制（土日祝休み）、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、年間有給休暇14日～20日 ・雇用形態：正社員 ・通勤手当：交通費全額支給 ・社会保険：各種社会保険完備 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 【望ましい経験・スキル】※多く満たしていることが望ましいですが、満たさない要件がいくつかあっても選考可能です ・Proven track record of marketing complex B2B software－hardware products ・Ownership mindset: an independent, self－driven, and hands－on person with the ability to deep－dive and get hands dirty ・7＋ years of relevant work experience working in a leading position in Marketing / Product Marketing ・Metrics－driven marketing mindset with an eye for creativity ・Language proficiency: native Japanese or JLPT N1, native English or TOEIC 800 and above ・Excellent communicator – very strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English ・Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills in cross－functional international teams ・An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast－paced environment 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・MBA degree in Marketing and Communications or related fields・Experience in robotics, manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence ・Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools ・Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy ・Established contacts in the media |
