Business Overview We are the development department that supports our founding business, Ichiba. Our Ichiba is founded in 1997 and continuing to this day, embodies our mission of empowering people and society through innovation, and has created a system that allows people who are good at business to easily open stores beyond the limits of the business sphere, delivering the joy of shopping to users throughout Japan. We are now one of the largest EC companies in Japan. Department Overview Our Ichiba is a place where various merchants gather, and its diversity is what makes our Ichiba attractive. Our department is responsible for developing and providing tools and services necessary for the operation of each merchant, regardless of their genre, industry, or size, in order to enable the diverse merchants on our Ichiba to thrive in e－commerce and provide customers with the experience of ”Shopping is Entertainment”. We operate an app store called ”RMS Service Square” to support merchant clients in managing their businesses. We also provide assistance to partner companies offering solutions on the platform. Furthermore, we offer APIs to facilitate smooth shop operations and support partners in developing and delivering high－quality solutions. By connecting merchants and partners, we contribute to the success of our merchant. Why We Hire We provide APIs for store operations to our Ichiba stores and partner companies. To address issues such as ease of development, information security, and understanding of usage, and to further promote the utilization of APIs, we are planning to revamp our API registry and update our API authentication and authorization mechanisms to OAuth2.0. We are looking for engineers with extensive experience and knowledge in this field. Upon joining, you will be responsible for the design, development, and operation of API authentication and authorization, access control, orchestration, and more for our Ichiba stores and partners. You will have the opportunity to propose and implement new technologies, further strengthening our services. Position Details You will be responsible for the design, development, and operation of the API authentication and authorization systems used by our Ichiba stores and partners. Job Details － Infrastructure Migration Project for Existing Systems To understand the service content and current status, you will first participate in the infrastructure migration project of existing systems － Improvement and operation of existing operational systems － Design and Development of New API Gateway and Authentication/Authorization Infrastructure After gaining an understanding of the existing systems, you will proceed with the design and development of new API gateways and authentication/authorization infrastructure such as OAuth2.0 － Technical Research and Design Research technologies and methods for API registry, authentication, and authorization, including those used by competitors, and design based on the findings. － Project Leadership Lead and execute development projects based on the design, and also be responsible for post－launch operation and maintenance. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Experience in the design, development, and operation of API gateways and API management－ Practical experience in providing API endpoints, request routing, authentication and authorization, load balancing, rate limiting, caching, data transformation, monitoring, and logging － Over 3 years of experience in the design, development, and operation of service integration platforms such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and authentication/authorization/ID infrastructure － Basic knowledge of information security in system development － Ability to learn independently and drive projects forward － Ability to handle everything from the design to execution of development projects － Business level English － Conversational level Japanese 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Experience in the design, development, and operation using API management features provided by public clouds such as Azure and GCP.－ Practical experience as an IT architect － Technical knowledge in project development and operation using cloud services － Experience as a project leader for digital services － Development experience using RESTful APIs － Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and other container and deployment automation － Experience in managing code quality and test coverage － Understanding and experience in monitoring and logging － Experience in system alert management － Experience in process management and documentation using JIRA and Confluence － Experience in development within Scrum teams |
