Department Overview Marketing Cloud Platform Department （MCPD）’s mission is to lead our marketing related products strategy, execute product development and implementation. The Communication Platform Section is seeking talented individuals to join our innovative team. We are a critical service within us that provides advanced robust and reliable communication solutions to our businesses. Our products are responsible for dispatching over 5 billion messages each month through channels such as email, push notifications, and interactive mobile experiences. Additionally, we specialize in the development of SDKs to empower developers to onboard our products with ease. This massive communication flow that we maintain plays an indispensable role in the smooth functioning of our client services. Overall Position Details We are looking for passionate, hard－working, and talented software engineers who have experience in building distributed systems and practical applications in Communication Platform services. In this role, you will be involved in design, develop and operate our system which contains campaign management, contents management, segmentation, personalization, marketing automation, scheduling, message delivery, and measurement/analysis features. As a Senior Software Engineer, your responsibilities will be as follows: － Design, develop, test and operate our services inside our Communication Platform. － Investigate design approaches, evaluate the technical feasibility, and deliver top－quality experiences. － Implement innovative features to continue improving current systems. － Create elegant architectures for performance, availability, reliability, and scalability. － Write clean, maintainable code and performing peer code reviews. － Troubleshoot production incident and provide countermeasure. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience－ Experience in software development （8 years ＋） － Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming language － Knowledge of cloud computing （AWS, GCP, Azure） － Good communication and interpersonal skills English: Fluent 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments－ Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline by Jenkins, Docker, and k8s － Knowledge of test automation （Karate, BDD, Cucumber） － Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture － Knowledge in Email industry is a plus － Knowledge of Mail Transfer Agent （MTA） services is a plus － Knowledge of front－end development such as Angular and React is a plus － Working with mission critical services is a plus － Strong ownership and desire to mentor other engineers － Japanese language skills |
