Infrastructure Services Department （INSD） mission is to provide high quality facility, network, compute and storage services. We empower us by Stable, Performant, Secure, On－demand, Green, Cost competitive infrastructure. Data Center Operation Section: Management of the data center （domestic / overseas） used （including server arrangement and maintenance management in the data center） Network Section: Responsible for network integration and automation on global infrastructure platforms Compute ＆ Storage Section: Responsible for developing and operating the compute network infrastructure in the data center Database Section: Responsible for stable big data, databases, and storage services with high expandability / durability （providing an environment where huge and diverse data can be stored, managed, and utilized） Application Platform Section: In charge of construction, stable operation, operational improvement / automation of in－house cloud k8s （Kubenetes）, load balancer, service mesh, monitoring system, etc. to support each service User Support Section: Responsible for providing the service （private cloud） provided by the Cloud Platform Department to internal users （including problem solving and operation support for each service） Position: Why We Hire We continue to expand its business, and the infrastructure platform that supports it also continues to expand. Position Details Senior managers are committed to creating organizational structures and problem－solving, creating a place where engineers can play more active roles, managing teams with diversified experiences, nationalities, cultures, etc., drawing out the potential of teams and individuals, and more. Producing great results is our mission （the most important issue）. The main business contents for that are as follows. ・Business understanding of assigned Sections and distribution / management of resources ・Creating a team structure to maximize the results ・Recruitment, training （career support）, goal setting, evaluation, feedback of members （engineers） ・Member assignment to the project assigned to Section and support for communication necessary to carry out ・Proposal and execution of problem solving and growth strategy as Section ・Collaboration and communication with stakeholders as a representative of Section Work Environment ・Each department has 100－150 members. There are few managers by hierarchy. （General Manager, Vice General Manager, Senior Manager, Vice Senior Manager, Manager） ・Most of the members joined as mid－career entry. ・Based in Japan, India, US, and EU, a wide variety of nationalities and communication mainly in English.
