当社は日本発のグローバル製薬メーカーとして、日本を中心に米州・欧州・アジア・オセアニアに拠点を構え、先端・信頼の医薬で、「世界の人々の健康に貢献する」という経営理念の下、イノベーションを継続的に創出し、患者さんのニーズに応える革新的な医療ソリューションを届けていくという一貫した姿勢で歩んでおります。 変化する医療の最先端に立ち、科学の進歩を患者さんの価値に変えていくことで、ステークホルダーや社会からの期待に応え続けます。 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 原薬研究所 プロセスエンジニアリング研究室では、ヒューマノイドロボットを用いた細胞培養システムや抗体連続生産、またスケールアップのためのモデリングやシミュレーション技術など、CMC研究における製造プロセス開発を加速し、先進的な製造プラットフォームを構築するためのさまざまな技術開発を行っています。 また、これらを最新のAI・機械学習技術と組み合わせた自動化ラボシステムの構築も目指しています。 上記に挙げたようなデジタル技術とロボティクスを組み合わせた自動化プラットフォーム開発、特にヒューマノイドロボットを活用した細胞培養の自動化に関する研究を、社内外と協働してリードいただける研究者を募集しています。今回のポジションでは、自動化プラットフォームを日常の研究活動に組み込むという私たちの目標を実現するための具体的な方針を策定し、実装に向けさまざまなステークホルダーとの交渉を含め、実施をリードいただきます。その活動の中では、社内だけでなく、外部とも積極的かつグローバルに交流・協働し、課題解決や最新のデジタル技術を継続的に取り込んでいくことを期待しています。 Process Engineering in Chemical & Biological Technology Labs. provides various technology capability to accelerate manufacturing process development and to establish advanced manufacturing platform like cell culture system by humanoid robot, continuous manufacturing and scaling-up and process design of development/commercial products based on chemical engineering modeling and simulation technique. We also aim to develop automated lab system for faster manufacturing process development in the combination with the latest AI and Machine Learning technology. This is a position for a researcher leading a collaborative work with the digital skills and robotics for automation platform development mentioned in the purpose & scope. Especially, we seek a scientist for automation of cell culturing utilizing a humanoid robot. This position is required to develop tactics and proposals to realize our aspiration for developing automation platform into daily research activity and to implement, negotiate and discuss among various stakeholders from CMC standpoint. S/he is also expected to proactively and globally interact and collaborate not only within internal Functional Units but also with external assets to solve the challenges and to incorporate the updated digital technology continuously. 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 （雇入れ直後） - 担当領域において、自動化のためのデジタル技術など、関連技術を活用した新たなプラットフォームの構築・実現に必要な活動を推進する。 - 担当するチームをリードし、必要に応じてメンバーを指導しながら問題を解決する。 - 社外の専門知識や最先端科学（AIやロボット技術）を社内の研究開発に取り入れ、活用する。 - 研究コンプライアンスと研究安全性を主導し、また実験、データ分析を通して科学的解釈が適切に実施できる。 - In the assigned area, execute the activities that are required to build and realize a new platform by using relevant technologies, such as digital technology for automation/visualization. - Lead a collaborative team to develop Digital/Technology platforms for advanced manufacturing process. - Train and guide novice members and facilitate the common issues in the collaboration. - Lead ensuring research compliance and laboratory safety. - Incorporate and utilize external expertise and cutting-edge science (AI and/or robotic technology) into in-house research and development. - Apply scientific rigor to all aspects of the job, including experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation. （変更の範囲） 会社内での全ての業務 【組織 / Organizational Context】 Report to Process Engineering Head in Chemical & Biological Technology Labs. 【就業環境に関する要件 / Specific Physical or Environmental Requirements】 Working location: Tokodai, Japan Language: fluent Japanese and business level English |

| 応募資格 |
