| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor's degree or higher－ 12＋ years of relevant HR experience － Native / fluent Japanese language skills and business level English － Experience across wide areas of HR － Experience in HR Management roles and/or HR BP roles － Strong communication skills － Good stakeholder management skills － Hands－on ability （experience leading the entire HR function for small－mid size organizations a plus） － Strong understanding of local labor law |
