Role Description: As a Digital Strategy Planner (戦略の企画), you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing innovative digital solutions. Your expertise will help ensure the success of our digital campaigns by providing strategic insights and working closely with our international colleagues across Asia offices (Taiwan/Korea/China/Indonesia/Thailand/Vietnam/Malaysia/Singapore...etc.). This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and Implement Strategies: Create comprehensive digital strategies that align with client goals and drive business success. Utilize PowerPoint to develop and present detailed marketing proposals and media plans. + Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand market trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes. + Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective digital solutions. + Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., designers, technical experts) and external vendors to produce high-quality digital content, such as banners and social media applications. + Campaign Optimization: Use advanced marketing tools to monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements. + Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. + Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our strategies. |

【歓迎(WANT)】 + Experience: 2 to 8 years of experience in digital strategy planning, focusing on developing and executing digital solutions.+ Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles(Influenser/OOH/social media ads...etc.), excellent analytical and research skills, and a strategic mindset. + Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. + Adaptability: Flexible and proactive in a fast-paced environment. + Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and presenting marketing proposals and media plans. + Language: Fluency in English and Japanese + Preferred Experience: Prior experience in a digital agency or similar role is preferred. + Certifications: Certifications from Google, Meta, or other digital platforms are a plus. + Visa Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid Japanese working visa. |
