■職務内容 : Job Description Summary General Customer Service includes post-sale technical and/or non-technical customer service and support across multiple sub-families for business and/or end-consumer customers including: Remote Customer Service: Providing customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text including: Call center-based customer support in response to a high volume of low complexity inquiries. Customer issues analysis and resolution (typically performed in an office environment) in response to a lower volume of higher complexity inquiries Distribution Center Customer Service: Performed in a distribution center, product returns/repair center, or field walk-in customer service facility including: Acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments related to specific customer orders. Providing technical and non-technical customer support in a walk-in service center Incumbents matching to this specialization are not compensated based on achievement of sales targets. An Entry Professional (P1) applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency: Work is closely supervised. Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area. |

【必須(MUST)】 Your background:-You hold engineering degree (electrical or mechanical). -1 year of experience in technical for GCB/GIS or TR. -General knowledge and a little special knowledge for GCB/GIS or TR. -Proficiency in languages: Japanese & English, other of advantage. -Fluency in Japanese in particular. 【歓迎(WANT)】 Additional Job DescriptionCCC(Customer Connect Center) is the contact point for customer inquires and an important gateway between the customer and HE. It will contact relevant departments within HE with the content of the inquiry, and ensure appropriate follow-up and coordination with the relevant departments until a response is provided to the customer. |
