仕事内容 We are seeking an experienced social media expert to join our Enterprise Marketing & Data team as Menager ? Community Strategy.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, creative, and analytical individual who has a keen eye for details, able to analyze and interpret data and trends to drive actionable insights; to manage and grow our online community for multiple our brands across various social media platforms.
This manager role will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, engaging with our audience, and fostering a positive and interactive online community, through optimizing our social media strategy and improving our online presence.

Responsibilities:
Community Management:
・ Community Build: Actively build a community of key opinion leaders, editors and creators for all our brands across various social media channels.
・ Community Engagement: Monitor and actively engage with the community across various social media channels. Foster a positive and supportive online environment by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
Encourage user-generated content and community participation.
・ Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate regular reports on social media performance, community engagement, and audience insights. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize social media strategies.
・ Campaign Management: Develop consistent and scalable ways to brief the community about our campaigns in a way the make the community speak as one voice. Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and initiatives to increase brand awareness and community participation. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
・ Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about company updates, product launches, and events. Work closely with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify the brand's reach.

Analytics and development:
・ Social Media Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, industry trends, and relevant conversations. Conduct in-depth analysis of social media data to identify key trends insights and opportunities.
・ Contents Development: Collaborate with Community Manager, Creative Strategist and our Brands at the creation of organic contents.
・ Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and trends. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve social media engagement and reach.
・ Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities on social media. Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
・ Campaign Evaluation: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize strategies based on campaign results.
・ Audience Insights: Develop a deep understanding of our target audience through social media data. Provide recommendations to tailor content and engagement strategies to resonate with the target audience.
労働条件 勤務時間:7時間30分 (休憩時間別途:60分)
フレックス有、コアタイム 10:30~16:00
リモートワーク(試用期間後使用可能)は1ヶ月に4回、1日/半日単位とし、連続取得は2回まで
※部署により異なる
※営業職はみなし労働制

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent language skills in Japanese and English, written and verbal.
- Proficient in using social media analytics tools.
- Data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prefer Bachelor's (or above) degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field.
