Department Overview Features and Strengths: With the strength of our Point market, which has surpassed 3 trillion yen in total issuance, we are building our Economic Circle through service collaboration with our Group companies and the introduction of cashless settlement services in real stores, which are growing at an accelerated pace. Our settlement services can be used at approximately 5 million online and offline locations, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and shopping malls nationwide, as well as at approximately 1 million locations where traffic-related e-money can be used, and the number of locations where this service can be used is continuing to expand. This System Division handles everything from system service planning related to payment services, planning and implementation related to UI/UX, basic and detailed system design, coding, testing, and operation. As the service expands, you will be able to experience the planning, development, and operation of a very large-scale system. In addition, you will be able to improve our services by directly listening to the voices of our customers. Position Details Backend Development for payment service: Consistently responsible for system design, requirements definition, basic design, environmental design, implementation, testing and launch ・Design and development of business logic such as APIs and batch processing ・Design and development of business flow/ business operation tools, etc. ・System maintenance and operation of Rakuten Pay Leading the engineering team ・Communicate with Rakuten's numerous platforms and infrastructures ・Discuss technical guidelines, technical reviews, and Coach/Train junior engineers (As an engineer leader) ・Promote discovering issues and improvement activities |

【必須(MUST)】 ・Java development experience (3 + years)・Experience in designing and implementing open systems (3 + years) ・Knowledge and experience of database and system infrastructure 【歓迎(WANT)】 ・Experience in developing and operating mission-critical systems・Experience in developing and operating consumer services ・Experience in developing large-scale, high-capacity systems ・Motivation and challenging spirit to new services and cutting-edge technologies ・Knowledge of payment system and point system ・Knowledge and experience in microservices architecture |
