This position is responsible for a department that promotes corporate values and sales activities to the industry at large. The work is conducted in a hands－on manner while managing subordinates. While communicating with the divisions in charge of global operations and related departments in Japan, we use both digital and paper media in our work. In recent years, the use of digital media has been increasing, and we are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience in various digital media and is capable of executing work consistently from planning to production. ● Planning and execution of domestic and international communications, sales promotion tools, and promotions ● Communication with external parties （website content management, public relations and PR activities） ● Execution of marketing strategies and plans ● Digital content distribution （Web, SNS, etc. / B to B） / creative production for distribution ● Planning and production of sales promotion materials （catalogs, posters, leaflets, etc.） ● Communicate with global headquarters to ensure consistency of branding and messaging, and localize promotional tools and messages with their support as needed. ● Plan and organize product promotion events （both online and on－site） ● Collaborate with marketing product representatives and the sales department to develop and execute branding/promotional activities |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ● At least 5 years of experience in marcom/business planning （experience in the medical device industry is a plus）● Global business/leadership experience, success, passion for innovation, and self－motivated attitude ● Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively execute job duties. ● Data processing, tabulation, and analysis skills using Excel and the ability to plan activities based on analysis results ● Ability to build consensus based on document creation and presentation skills using Word and PowerPoint ● Japanese and business level English are required. ● At least 5 years of experience in creative production using Adobe CC ● Ability to formulate, execute, and verify strategies and plans ● Ability to make presentations using Microsoft office （ppt, excel, word） and build consensus based on those presentations. ● Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build cooperative relationships and execute duties effectively ● Ability to work independently, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Flexibility to work in new environments and in new roles. |
