仕事内容 |
【Target of the position】 To ensure the after sales service in order to guarantee the customer satisfaction in the assigned area. 【Responsibility and Main Tasks】 - Implementation of the service sales strategies in order to reach both revenue and margin targets; - Managing the Life Cycle Service (LCS) activities in line with the HQ strategies; - Managing the after sales activities in order to guarantee the efficiency of SIPA Machines installed base on the region, turning to customer satisfaction; - Management and coordination of the branch/area Customer Service Organization; - Coordination of the Help Desk service of the branch; - Submit the customers’ requests and personalization of the machines through the company tools (CRM) to the Sales Eng. Team; - Analysing the SIPA machines installed base through customers visit, to track the status of machines, understanding the root causes of problems, mis-functioning, in junction with SIPA technicians, in order to create business opportunities; - Scouting opportunities for maintenance contracts and maintenance services and relevant applicability to customers; - Conducting deals with customer related to the sales of LCS products; - Managing and following the invoicing process with the HQ; - Draw up of sales report and tracking the sales indexes based on the HQ directives; - Cooperate with Sales Area Manager in order to share and be aligned on the customers projects and status; - Budgeting revenues and margins; 【Organizational Relationships】 Reporting hierarchically to the GM of the branch and functionally to the Customer Service Director |

[その他] 【General Features】 - Professional background: previous experience in the same role or similar application in industrial automation worldwide companies (beverage field and /or after sales services field) 【Skills】 - Good knowledge of industrial machines – mechanical and electrical; - Marked leadership and experience in managing people; - Used to work in international environment; - Very well in communication and relation with customers and internal customers; - Customer obsessed; - Able to identify suitable strategies or improving them; - Perfect in English, - Good knowledge of standard tools usage (Office, CRM, Planner tools, ERP systems reading) - Availability to frequent travels in the assigned Area - Availability to respond to customer needs, even outside working hours. |
