About the Team We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Analyst to help us supporting our business. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be the point of contact for customer's and internal stakeholder's inquiries about contatcts approval, billing queries, consumption and many other Finance questions. The daily routine involves contract approval, invoicing, debt collection and other AR related tasks. As part of a team in our rapidly growing business, this individual will play a key role in understanding the needs of our clients and will help shape efficient and trusted relationships with our business partners. Responsibilities - As part of the APAC region and would be responsible for the entire process of multiple APAC Lines of Business from Order to Cash ("OTC") to ensure finance compliance. This role would be in-charge of the Japan ("JP") region and review JP business-lines revenue-related contracts, especially their financial terms and alignment with the internal OTC processes. - Review the process of refunds, rebate payouts etc as the second approver, to ensure financial compliance - Perform monthly billing and ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers - Follow up with clients to assure payment on the due date. Respond to clients disputes and requests for information - Follow up on the monthly closing timeline, and complete it on time - Propose corresponding system optimization requirements in response to the changes in business development - Build/optimize processes, specifications, related templates, etc. - XFN collaboration to build product middle-platform and support special scenarios to ensure financial compliance - Provide relevant ad hoc support to the Finance business department as necessary. |

応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management or Finance, with above 5 years of working experience in accounting related roles, preferably with multinational Internet advertising revenue experience.- Familiar with the local commercial market environment and customer habits in JP area; have experience in AR and debt collection experience in a high growth environment. -Good customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer iterations. -Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and financial skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. 【歓迎(WANT)】 - Ability to effectively and concisely communicate with all levels of counterparty in organization- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Highly motivated and willing to take initiative and to follow through on projects. - Proficient in Japanese and English |
