※SMALL WORLDで雇用後、各プロジェクトへアサインしていただきます※ 【業務内容】 Rakuten is actively seeking support for the development and operation of a product designed to enrich catalog data. Our team, the Catalog Data Enrichment team, plays a pivotal role in enhancing the searchability of products within Rakuten services by augmenting the catalog data we possess. To elevate the product's effectiveness, you will collaborate with team members to define requirements, liaise with clients, and oversee development projects. Product Management: - Drive product growth by understanding the product lifecycle, market and technological trends, and client needs. - Execute the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle to facilitate product enhancements, encompassing product and client analysis, issue identification, and hypothesis formulation. Project Management: - Manage projects comprehensively, including defining requirements, tracking progress, resolving issues, and providing updates. ----- カタログデータのエンリッチメントプロダクトの開発・運用のサポートとなります。 私たちCAMDは、楽天が持つカタログデータに対してエンリッチメントを行うことで、楽天サービスにおける商品の検索性向上に寄与しています。 エンリッチメントプロダクトの改善のために、要件定義やクライアント調整、開発プロジェクトの管理を社員と共に実施いただきます。 ＜プロダクトマネジメント＞ ・プロダクトライフサイクル、市場や技術動向、およびクライアントニーズの理解を通じたプロダクト成長の推進。 ・プロダクトとクライアントの分析、課題の抽出、仮説の設定、およびプロダクト改善につながるPDCAサイクルの実施。 ＜プロジェクトマネジメント＞ ・要件定義、進捗管理、課題管理やレポーティングを含むプロジェクト管理全般。 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - Japanese proficiency, with:- Reading, writing and conversational abilities at a native level - Exceptional communication and coordination abilities, with: - A knack for determining requirements with clients and adjusting priorities as needed. - A solid grasp of the technical landscape and the software development process, with: - The capability to analyze business requirements, convert them into functional and non-functional requirements, and advance the project in tandem with engineers. - Proven experience in project management, with: - A history of guiding system development projects from the requirements phase to delivery. - Strong product management skills, with: - The initiative to identify problems independently and enhance the product accordingly. - Action-oriented mindset based on hypotheses, with: - The ability to act on hypotheses in uncertain scenarios and challenging problems, steering towards resolution. ----- ・日本語能力(ネイティブレベル) ・ 英語能力(日常会話レベルでTOEICスコア600程度) ・優れたコミュニケーションと調整能力 ・日本語を用いてクライアントとの要件定義や優先順位の調整ができる。 ・テクニカルな背景とソフトウェア開発プロセスの理解 ・ビジネス要求を分析し、機能要件/非機能要件に落とし込み、エンジニアと協力してプロジェクトを推進できる。 ・プロジェクトマネジメントの経験 ・システム開発プロジェクトの要件定義からデリバリーまでの経験。 ・プロダクトマネジメントのスキル ・自己主導で課題を定義し、プロダクトを改善できる。 ・仮説ベースの行動力 ・曖昧な状況や困難な課題に対して、仮説を立てて行動し、問題解決に導ける。 【歓迎（WANT）】 Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies and the development lifecycle.- Proficiency in data analysis using SQL or Python. ----- ・アジャイルまたはウォーターフォール型ソフトウェア開発手法および開発ライフサイクルの理解 ・SQLやPythonなどを用いたデータ分析経験 |
