Team Purpose ・The Business Development Team is responsible for driving growth and profitability within the Mobile Device Lifecycle Solutions (DLS) division by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the mobile industry. Business Development Team Responsibilities ・Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with key Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and other strategic partners. ・Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions. ・Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform the development of effective go-to-market strategies. ・Solution Development and Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver comprehensive DLS solutions that address client needs and drive revenue growth. ・Financial Performance Management: Own the P&L for assigned clients, track key performance indicators, and optimize financial performance through effective resource allocation and cost management. ・Team Collaboration: Work closely with global and local teams to ensure alignment, leverage shared resources, and drive successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: ・Develop and execute go-to-market strategies. ・Build strong relationships with key MNOs and partners. ・Identify and pursue new business opportunities. ・Structure and deliver customized DLS solutions. ・Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. ・Analyze market trends and competitive landscape. ・Achieve sales and revenue targets. ・Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. |
