We are the engineering team in Nomura Group, a leading company in the industry having a strong global presence among Japanese financial institutions.

Engineers are flexibly involved with a wide variety of in-house development and projects.


2) Responsibilities
■担当業務:
投資銀行部門向けシステムの提案・開発・運用を担うチームに開発者として参画していただきます。
ビジネスユーザーと直接会話をしながら、現場のニーズを直に反映した本当に価値のあるシステムの構築に取り組んでいただきます。
開発手法は、スピードを重視したアジャイル開発を採用しています。
マイクロマネジメントではなく、各チームメンバーが自らタスクを決定し、自律性と責任をもって開発を行っています。
また、ChatGPTなどのAIを使ったアプリケーションの開発等、新しい技術への挑戦も積極的に行っています。
英語に自信が無い方でも、英語にチャレンジしていきたい方は是非ご応募ください。
■Expected responsibilities:
You will join as a developer in a team responsible for proposing, developing, and supporting systems for Investment Banking department in Japanese.
You will work directly with business users to build truly valuable systems that directly reflect the needs of the field.
Our project management is agile for quick implementation.
Rather than micromanagement, every team member decides their own tasks and develops with autonomy and responsibility.
We are also actively taking on the challenge of new technologies, such as developing applications using AI such as ChatGPT.
Communication with business users will be primarily in Japanese. Even if you are not confident in your Japanese skills, we encourage you to apply if you would like to try your hand at Japanese.

●　フルスタックの開発者としてシステムの設計・開発からリリースまですべての工程を担当
●　ビジネスユーザーとの企画立案・仕様策定
●　本番システムの運用保守

●　As a full stack developer, involved in all aspects of making changes to application
●　Planning and defining specifications with business users or Tokyo IT members
●　Support production as Level 3

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

●　Java、C#等を用いたWebアプリケーション開発経験（４年以上）
●　日本語ネイティブレベルまたは英語準ネイティブレベル

●　Web application development skill using Java, C# etc (Over 4 years)
●　Japanese native level or English near native/fluent


【歓迎（WANT）】

●　モダンフロントエンドフレームワークを用いた開発経験（React, Angular, Vue 等）
●　Spring bootを用いた開発経験
●　アジャイル開発の経験
●　英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
●　証券業務に関する知識

●　Development skill using modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue etc)
●　Development skill using Spring boot framework
●　Agile development
