仕事内容	(English follows Japanese) ▼チームのミッション/責任会社の事業立上げおよび成長に向けて、経理・財務領域における基盤を確立・整備しながら、会計基準や税法に即した決算・申告や取引担当部署のビジネスサポートや提言を行い、会社に貢献する。 ▼職務内容会計・税務・財務分野における以下のような決算業務およびプロジェクト型業務を課内のメンバーと対応いただきます。・支払請求書処理、従業員立替精算処理、請求書発行・ファームバンキングシステム等を利用した振込業務、入出金管理・固定資産管理・BPO先の指導・研究開発費管理、原価計算・会社法・IFRSによる（月次・四半期・年次）決算確定・会社法計算書類作成、監査法人対応・税務申告、税務調査対応（法人税、地方税、消費税、事業所税、償却資産税等）・移転価格税制をはじめとする国際税務対応・子会社投資管理、親会社としての子会社ガバナンス・連結決算（IFRS）・国内外におけるビジネスに係る経理・税務処理方針、処理方法の確立・取引担当部署のサポートや提言・新システム導入等の各種プロジェクト型業務への参画　等 ▼この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキルビジネス立ち上げ期の新会社の一連の経理財務業務に裁量をもって広く携わることができ、経理財務領域における幅広い経験と知見を得ることができます。 English ver. ▼Team’s Mission / Responsibilities - Establish and maintain a foundation in the accounting and finance domain to support the company's startup and growth. - Perform financial statements and tax returns in accordance with accounting standards and tax laws. - Provide business support and recommendations to transaction-handling departments. ▼Job description Collaborate with team members to handle the following accounting, tax, and finance tasks: - Payment request processing, employee expense reimbursement processing, invoice issuance - Wire transfer operations using farm banking systems and cash flow management - Fixed asset management - Guidance for BPO vendors - Research and development expense management, cost calculation - Financial statement preparation according to the Companies Act and IFRS - Preparation of corporate accounting documents and coordination with auditors - Tax returns and tax audit response (corporate tax, local taxes, consumption tax, business tax, fixed asset tax, etc.) - International tax response, including transfer pricing rules - Subsidiary investment management and parent company governance of subsidiaries - Consolidated financial statements (IFRS) - Establishment of accounting and tax processing policies and procedures for domestic and international business - Support and recommendations for transaction-handling departments - Participation in various project-based tasks, such as new system implementation ▼Experience and skills gained through this role Gain extensive experience and knowledge in the accounting and finance domain by taking on a wide range of accounting and finance tasks with autonomy in a newly established company during its startup phase.
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・事業会社における経理業務（会社法&IFRS）、税務申告業務、財務業務の経験（10年以上）。・お一人で大会社の計算書類、税務申告書を作成できるスキル・新ビジネスの経理・税務方針、処理方法の検討、確立の経験・新会計基準、税制改正への対応推進の経験・会計システム導入等プロジェクトへの参画経験 - Over 10 years of experience in accounting (Companies Act & IFRS), tax return preparation, and finance in a business environment. - Ability to independently prepare financial statements and tax returns - Experience in developing and establishing accounting and tax policies and procedures for new businesses. - Experience in promoting responses to new accounting standards and tax law changes. - Experience in participating in the implementation of accounting systems and other projects. 【歓迎（WANT）】・自動車OEMでの経理・税務業務の経験・移転価格税制におけるAPA申請の経験 - Experience in accounting and tax for automotive OEMs. - Experience in APA filing for transfer pricing rules. 【語学力】 TOEICスコアは不問ですが、最低限メールベースでの英語による業務遂行があります。現地スタッフ等と英語での日常的な会話によるコミュニケーションができれば尚可。 TOEIC score is not required, but there will be some email-based business in English.The ability to communicate daily with local staff in English is a plus.
