In this pivotal role, you will drive their talent acquisition strategy, ensuring they attract and retain top－tier talent to support their ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities: － Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive headcount and recruitment plans to meet the evolving business needs of our client. － Collaborative Alignment: Partner with hiring managers to craft and refine job descriptions that align with the client’s strategic goals. － Global Recruitment Strategy: Implement and adapt global recruitment strategies and initiatives to fit the unique needs of our client’s Japan operations. － Cross－Functional Communication: Liaise with global HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure cohesive and aligned recruitment strategies for our client. － Innovative Recruitment Events: Strategically plan, organize, and participate in recruitment events to attract high－caliber candidates for our client. － Diverse Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment process for mid－career professionals, new graduates, and contingency workers, ensuring a seamless and strategic approach for our client. － Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor’s degree or higher－ Business level English － Native level Japanese － 5＋ years’ experience in recruitment ideally covering various types: mid－career, new grads, etc. － Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries a plus （not required） － Strong communication skills － Basic PC skills 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Manufacturing industry experience a plus！ |
