・Build strong Medical platform/system/tool and digital solution to drive efficiency and improve productity of Region Medical Affairs. ・Develop training plans to enhance the capability of Medical Affairs personnel ・Plan and implementation of medical activities at overseas conference （ESMO－Asia） ・Manage SOP process and training ・メディカルプラットフォーム/システム/ツール/デジタルソリューションを構築および維持し、メディカル部門の効率化と生産性向上を推進する ・MSL/メディカルアフェアーズ担当者のcapability強化のため、トレーニング計画を作成/提供する。 |

【必須（MUST）】 ・Bachelor’s degree・Experience working in the Medical Affairs function ・大卒 ・メディカルアフェアーズ部門における業務経験 ・English （Intermediate） ・over 3 years of experience working in the Medical Affairs function ・英語力（Intermediate） 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Project Management skill・Problem solving skills based on logical thinking ・プロジェクトマネジメントスキル ・論理的思考に基づく課題解決スキル ・Strong Cross－functional leadership and communication skill ・Proactive and open to new challenges ・Flexibility to adapt to changes ・Cross－functionにおけるリーダーシップおよびコミュニケーションスキル ・新たな挑戦を前向きにとらえられる積極的で意欲ある人材 ・変化に柔軟に対応できる人材 募集背景 Regional Medical Affairs assignment covering overseas countries that can be considered the Rest of World （outside of Japan, US and Europe）.
