[Job Description] Partnership Management in Asia（including China）: （1）Partner Governance: Collaborate with team members to develop and manage the execution of sales plans with partners. （2）Partner Support: Lead the resolution of issues with partners by coordinating with relevant internal departments. （3）Contract Management: Manage contracts with partners, including negotiations, amendments, and new agreements. （4）Compliance Risk Management: Work with CSR to manage compliance risks associated with partners. |

Full－time employee: ＊6 month trial period position＆roles：Overseas Business Planning Department/ Staff or Manager Work location: Head office （Chiyoda－ku, Tokyo） Working hours: ＊Super flex system implemented. Work 3 hours between 7:00 and 20:00 （no core time, regular working hours: 7 hours 40 minutes） ＊Hybrid work is promoted: Come to the office 1－3 days a week. Full remote work is not currently possible. ＊Other systems are available for short－time work for childcare and short－time work for elderly care. Expected annual salary （as guideline）:6.5 million yen ～ 16 million yen ＊Annual salary will be considered based on the individual's age, ability, experience, and duties. 【必須（MUST）】 Required Qualifications （MUST）:－ Over 3 years of experience in partnership management with domestic and international partners in the pharmaceutical industry. － Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical operations （SCM, RA, QA, PV, CMC, etc.）. － Basic knowledge of English contracts and negotiation experience. Preferred Qualifications: － Project management experience. － Extensive knowledge of regulatory systems and healthcare environments in Asia. Language skill: － Professional （business level） English proficiency required. － Japanese language skills are preferred. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Welcome skills （WANT）・Expertise in pharmaceutical trends and regulatory affairs in China and Asia.
